Ryan Varley, SVP of Technology

Ryan is our Senior Vice President of Technology, specializing in LLMs. He currently oversees our product, engineering, and data science teams. Prior to Boclips, he ran the data science teams at Carbon and was a data scientist at Adzact. He has a PhD in Astrophysics from University College London.

Jen Cleary, Sr. Director of Product and Content

I oversee the development of Product and Content at Boclips, and have been part of growing the reach of Boclips videos for nearly 6 years, including the development and licensing of our content set of over 600 educational brands, growth of in-house production, establishment of our supplementary instructional design and alignments for those videos and most recently the launch of our direct to teacher Classroom product. Previous to Boclips I spent 10 years as an educator dedicated to at-risk students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties as well as ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia.
